Handcrafted maple syrup from Lovell, Maine

Welcome to Kezar Gorge Maple. Organically produced straight from our family land, boiled, and bottled right here in our sugar shack near Kezar Gorge. Join us as our sugaring journey begins.

From our sugar shack to your table

Nestled in the quiet woods of Lovell, Maine, we started Kezar Gorge Maple as a true labor of love. What began as a personal passion for tapping maple trees has grown into an organic craft would be thrilled to share with our community once we complete some final touches. Every batch reflects the pristine seasonal conditions of western Maine.

We take pride in every step of the craft—gathering fresh sap from our local trees, carefully wood-firing it in the evaporator, and hand-bottling each run right by Kezar Gorge. We are just beginning this sweet venture and invite you to follow along as our hobby grows.

Sugarhouse journal and seasonal updates

Stay up to date with the latest boils, weather shifts, and behind-the-scenes moments from the shack. We regularly share notes on sap runs, syrup grades, and life in the Maine woods.
